Sweet Alyssum Farm is a space to grow unique and specialty cut flowers that nurture the creativity within our local floral community. We offer fresh and different flowers grown and arranged with heart. We also aim to nurture the earth, animals and people we touch along the way. Using only sustainable and organic practices, the farm is a refuge for pollinators, salmon, flower-loving humans, fairies, sprites… we welcome everyone (except maybe aphids).

WHY SWEET ALYSSUM FLOWERS?
What’s the first thing you do when someone gifts you a bouquet? My guess is you stick your face in and take a whiff. Did you know imported flowers lose so much of their natural smell? Plus, they often undergo fungicide sprays and other strange environments in transit. Buying locally grown flowers, like the blooms at Sweet Alyssum, not only means you’re supporting your local farmers and community, you’re also filling your space and nose with safe and fresh floral scents! Sweet Alyssum Farm follows all sustainable and organic practices, though we are not certified organic. Flowers are never sprayed, all soil amendments are organic and we are continuously updating to the most sustainable practices with an eye towards healthy soils, pollinator and salmon habitats and low tillage.
